Song of Storms Ch.1 p.2

           Sammie breathed in the fresh air of the village,(well you could call it breathing. She was taking in air but she didn't need it as a nessesity.) It was a small town but it was lively. The people were completely unaware of the battle that had taken place just outsied their homes only a few hours before.'Must be nice,' she thought,' to not have any idea of the creatures and world that exists just beyond their village. what was it Cassy said about them? Ignorance is bliss? Must be true.' She continued walking though the shoops and cafes. The shops were all diiferent, some for clothes, and food, she even came across a book store and decided to go in.
            The lady at the front desk seemed nice enough, and smiled at Sammie when she walked in. Sammie waved nervously while she walked to the back. Cassy was preety ticked at her, though it was unlikely to find a book Cass didn't already have, finding one might lighten the lecture that wiated her when she came home...
"Can I help you with something?"
"HUH!?!" Sammie jumped. It was the woman from the front desk."O..OH..Um..Well my sister loves books, but she's practicly got everyone know to man, so it's hard find some that she doesn't." Sammie realized that she was rambling and probably annoying the lady. However, the woman just smiled that same erie grin she had given Sammie when she walked in," Well, I have one book, the only copy ever made, I'm sure your older sister doesn't have it." She picked it off the shelf and handed it to Sammie. Sam didn't understand, a rare book? The only copy? People don't just pluck books like that off a shelf, do they? She stared at the title, THE BOOK OF BLOOD, FLESH,&SOULS.
